Maddison took his bike for a spin at the uncharted waters of Teahupoo and Papara, a part in the island of Tahiti, French Polynesia, southern Pacific Ocean. If you don’t believe it, there is video proof below.

A video of Maddison titled “Pipe Dream” was released by Sponsor DC Shoes early on Monday morning and has gone viral around the world.
Incredibly, the Kiama local has surfed some rather sizeable Tahitian waves on a motorbike.
Maddison’s aim was to ride Teahupoo, the scene of spectacular surfing vision over the years and the location of the next contest of the World Surf League later this month.
“I fantasized putting skis on a bike and riding on water. If I wasn’t a surfer growing up there’s no way I would have ever even imagined this, not to mention have had the knowledge of how to read the wave”, he said.
‘I was only comfortable in this scenario because I’ve spent the majority of my life dropping in on waves, ‘ he said. His bike was modified with skis on its wheels and a propeller tyre on the back of the bike, allow him to ride fast and easily on bodies on water, whether it’s a river or at the sea.

“The thing that sticks with me the most after that whole experience was how physically demanding it was”, he told Surfer Magazine.
