The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are both expected to come with support for Force Touch gestures, a brand new way of interacting with a device that was first seen in the Apple Watch, Retina MacBook and select MacBook Pro models. The next-gen iPhone is expected to be officially announced in September, but this is just based on Apple’s previous habits but unless Apple changes the timetable, chances are that will indeed be the case. While mere conjecture, these black dots could potentially be related to Force Touch technology, a feature rumored for inclusion on Apple’s next-gen phone.

Touch panel supply chains of the iPhone 6 have stepped up shipments for the next generation iPhone, with shipments of the new Apple smartphones expected to reach 36-40 million in the third quarter and 50 million in the fourth quarter, as stated by supply chain sources.

One particular supplier, TPK claims to have entered mass production in July for Force Touch modules, but did not mention the end receiver of these modules; as highlighted above. It is a pressure-sensitive technology which can help distinguish between a deep press and a light tap, which in turn helps complete varied actions. It also expects a 50% increase in its revenues for the quarter ending this September, undoubtedly due to the massive orders Apple generally places with its supply chain. In the meantime, Tapscape has iPhone 6s rumors, leaks and speculation.
