Clinton likely wraps up the Democratic nomination Tuesday

Wouldn’t it serve the Republicans right if all of a sudden – after all the energy the Republicans have spent trying to smear Hillary since it became clear a few years ago that she was the odds-on favorite to be the Democratic nominee – the Republicans were faced with someone entirely different?

Where in all of this is there the slightest qualification, other than a honed instinct for political survival, for Clinton to lead America out of the morass into which she, and the failed foreign policy elite nesting around her, plunged the United States? She succeeded entirely with the former, and to the surprise of many of her critics, made a strong argument for the latter.
