England tour will test Pakistani batsmen, says Yousuf
If selected for the opening match, it will mean a first return to Lord’s for Amir since his part in a conspiracy to bowl deliberate no-balls against England in a match there in August 2010.

The paceman was banned for five years by the International Cricket Council (ICC), and served half of a six-month prison sentence.
Mohammad Amir has also been selected in the squad, marking his first Test assignment after he returned back from global suspension.
On the other hand, reports available to TheNewsTribe.com suggest that left arm premier fast bowler Mohammad Amir is likely to get his England visa by tomorrow.
“The 2010 tour I think was our worst in England in many years and this team will be challenged to ensure they perform better and the tour is not a repetition of 2010”, he added.
Chief Selector Inzimam-ul-Haq announced the squad in a press conference in Lahore.
Leg-spinner Yasir Shah, whose three-month doping ban came to an end in March, has also been selected along with Mohammad Hafeez despite a knee injury suffered by the all-rounder that ruled him out of a recent conditioning camp.
Aslam, 20, however, starred against England during a Pakistan junior team tour in 2013, when he hit three centuries.
Former Pakistan batsman Muhammad Yousuf said that the national team’s batsmen will be put to test in the upcoming tour of England in July since they have gotten used to playing on friendly conditions in UAE over the past few years, reported on Sunday. Babar will be included in national team on the basis of his performance, he added.
Before that Pakistan face two tour matches against Somerset and Sussex, while also taking on Worcestershire between the second and third Tests.
Pakistan arrive in England later this month before holding a training camp in Hampshire.
