“Crews from Ohio Edison are working diligently to fix Causeway power lines as quickly as possible”, the park notice said.
Thunderstorms in parts of OH are bringing powerful winds that have caused some reported damage.
The park was forced to close early Sunday at 7pm because of the toppled power lines.
Clark said the park itself was spared any damage from the severe storm that rumbled through Sunday afternoon.
Cedar Point's new Easy Pay plan now allows guests to pay for their resort stay in installments, offering greater flexibility and convenience.
Anyone with Fast Lane tickets from June 5 or June 6 can used them any day during the 2016 season at Cedar Point.
