Taylor Swift surprises New Jersey newlyweds at shore reception

A pair of newlyweds in the USA got an unexpected gift at their wedding reception – a performance by Taylor Swift.

Taylor Swift did it again, this time crashing the wedding of fan Max Singer and his wife Kenya Smith Saturday to sugarcoat what might otherwise have been a bittersweet day.

The bride and groom, Kenya Smith and Max Singer, were originally married in April in a ceremony at the hospital where Singer’s late mother was battling terminal cancer.

Two months later, Taylor Swift was on the Jersey Shore with a big surprise. Not only did she give a performance to remember but also gave the couple a card with the words “So it’s gonna be forever” written inside.

It’s true! It happened Saturday at a wedding in New Jersey, Taylor surprised Max Singer (who’s a HUGE Swift fan) and his fiancee Kenya.

It seemed like The Heart Wants What It Wants songstress knows the flawless remedy to cure the heart of her pal.

Swift and Nicki Minaj traded words on Twitter after the rapper said she was upset she didnt earn a nomination for video of the year at the MTV Video Music Awards.

While Taylor has yet to break her silence over their split, she did re-tweet the message.

Swift also shared images from the big day and joked that she was a “third wheel”.

The 26-year-old Grammy victor surprised bride and groom Kenya Smith and Max Smith by showing up at their wedding and performing an acoustic version of her 2014 hit, “Blank Space”. The 26-year-old performed “Blank Space” on the piano for the newlyweds’ first dance, in tribute to the groom’s mother.

The former couple shocked fans when they announced their split last week after a 15 month relationship.

That’s when Swift agreed to go to the wedding and the private performance.
