A search for a missing 15-year-old girl from Solano County is now centered near the town of Jenner. After two full days of searching, Christine Castillo, a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Department said, “Search teams have conducted a thorough search of the area and we’ve met our goals, we’re confident that Pearl is not here”.

She is encouraging those who may have seen the high school freshman after she was kidnapped Wednesday to call 911 or their local police department. They feared she was in grave danger and divers, canine units and search-and-rescue teams were brought out to scour along the river at the Sonoma Coast in Sonoma County. Fernando Castro was being sought and is believed to be the driver.

Authorities believe that Castro and Pinson knew each other, though the exact nature of their relationship remains unclear.
