Halo: The Tiny Chief Collection
The zombie-themed Infection could be the next new game mode for Halo: The Master Chief Collection on the Xbox One, as hinted through a post on the Halo Waypoint blog by developer 343 Industries. The “Infection” multiplayer was essentially a “Halo” zombie mode that had players join a team of the living or a team of the undead in a battle for survival. 343 are hitting about possible new information regarding the new game mode coming soon.

The blog states that the Halo MCC’s playlist team is continuing to work on future updates and that they will likely say more about the Infection multiplayer game mode coming to Halo MCC. Tech times has also reported that many fans of the franchise are planning to boycott the new installment since the split-screen feature has been an integral part of “Halo”.
343 industries is continuously adding new playlists and majority have been on top for a few days.
Infection casts one player as the “Infected”, armed with melee weapons only and tasked with converting the “survivor” players into infected themselves.
Another feature discussed on the blog was the recently added “Action Sack” playlist, which allows fans to play in several game types from each of the “Halo” games in the “Master Chief Collection”.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection has been receiving new playlists as developed by 343 Industries since the title was launched nearly a year ago in November 2014. “Look for more details as we get closer to the release”.
