Leave campaign: Brexit would give the NHS £100 million a week

‘I don’t know if it means a 1,000 jobs, 2,000 jobs, it could be many as 4,000, and they will be jobs all around the UK.

Mr Gove rejected repeated accusations that the Leave campaign had misled voters with its claims that the United Kingdom sends £350m to Brussels every week and agreed to have the statistic independently audited.

A Britain Stronger In Europe spokesman said: “As any credible expert will tell you, this letter from Leave is reckless nonsense – they are now guilty of actively misleading the British people”.

He insisted he was “absolutely not” using the referendum campaign as a means to seize the prime minister’s job, saying voters should “count me out” from any bid for the Conservative leadership.

The Remain campaign have placed the economy at the centre of their messaging, highlighting the risks of giving up our European Union membership.

The Justice Secretary made the NHS funding claims just hours after he faced a live television grilling ahead of the June 23 poll.

“By 2020, we can give the NHS a £100 million per week cash injection, and we can ensure that the wealthy interests that have rigged the European Union rules in their favour at last pay their fair share”.

However, he said he could not guarantee that no-one would lose their jobs as a result of Britain voting to leave.

“The truth is that I prefer to take the view of business people”, he said. “It was extraordinary. There was no detail there”.

Mr Cameron said: “The Leave campaign is writing cheques they know will bounce, 9/10 economists say there’ll be a profound shock if we leave the EU”.

Out supporters have said the money could be better spent on schools and hospitals in Britain, but Major said “these promises of expenditure on the National Health Service or elsewhere are frankly fatuous”.

Michael Gove was accused of copying Donald Trump’s style of politics during a fiery interview with Sky News’ political editor Faisal Islam on Friday evening.

“I think it’s time that we said to people who are incapable of acknowledging that they’ve ever got anything wrong: ‘I’m sorry, you’ve had your day'”.

The justice secretary admitted he could not name any independent economic authorities that backed Brexit; the Bank of England, the International Monetary Fund and the OECD are all backing a remain vote.

“Only Labour can save Britain from Brexit”, they said. A majority of French people support a vote for Brexit and according to a poll in the French newspaper Le Figaro.

“It is that sort of sneering condescension towards people who believe in democracy that discredits those on the remain side of the campaign”.

They also claim that problem will “only get worse when countries in the pipeline to join the European Union become members in the near future”.

The key objectives of the Leave case can be summarised as: • Replacement of an ineffective immigration system by a safer and fairer system which is based on skill needs and applies to all applicants, which also allows us to take full control of who enters and who we can remove from our country. That rebate can be whittled away.

“I think instead of the pessimism of the Remain campaign we have an opportunity to think of the next generation”, he said.
