Woman Accused of Murdering Twin by Driving Off Cliff
Duval, who is also known as Alison Dadow, was driving a 2016 Ford Explorer when it went off the Hana Highway in Maui, plunging 200 feet to rocks below, ABC News affiliate KITV in Honolulu reported. Anastasia died at the scene and Alison was critically injured.

A Maui judge is ordering the release of a woman accused in the death of her twin sister after finding there’s no probable cause for a murder charge.
Documents show that Alexandria tried to take a flight to the mainland on Wednesday but missed it, and that she was booked on another flight that night.
Prosecutors say Alexandria Duval intentionally caused her sister’s death.
The vehicle crumpled at the bottom of the cliff, and Ann, sitting in the passenger seat, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Court documents reveal witness accounts saying “the passenger was pulling at the driver’s hair and the steering wheel”, the station noted.
Local resident Margie Aumaier said she was surprised anyone was able to the crash after witnessing the vehicle land on its side. Her attorney told the judge that she was trying to head to NY for her sister’s funeral and was not attempting to flee.
“All we know is she was trying to leave the state”, Maui Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Emlyn Higa told the Associated Press. For a reason which has not yet been made public, the Twin Power Yoga twin sisters changed their names after moving to Hawaii.
Defense attorney Todd Eddins was quoted as saying, “This case involves a devastating, heart-shattering tragedy for Alison and her family”. The twin sisters operated a yoga studio in an upscale area of Palm Beach, Florida, before relocating to Hawaii, the Daily Mail reports. A preliminary hearing was set for Wednesday. Their Hawaii driver’s licenses are in their new names, bearing the same Haiku address, he said.
They had outgrown one of their studios, in well-to-do Palm Beach Gardens, but instead of annexing a neighboring storefront as planned, they were persuaded by the producers to lease space on the priciest, trendiest street in West Palm Beach, McMichael said. “They had an extremely close bond”.
The two women were yoga instructors and ran together a thriving business in Florida. She and her sister had past arrests for driving under the influence, battery and numerous other charges.
The vehicle crash is the latest twist in the weird lives of the glamorous twins, punctuated by allegedly running yoga studios and then abandoning them, leaving behind unpaid debts and employees, according to local reports.

The two were more than just sisters – they were business partners with a unusual and winding past through the United States, stretching from Florida to the Upper Midwest and finally The Aloha State.
