Voting Irregularities Reported In Santa Monica Polling Place

One of the most important takeaways from the contest is how Republicans have completely lost their grip in the nation’s most populous state.

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are both hoping to win by big margins today, though Clinton is ahead of Sanders by hundreds of pledged delegates (and even more hundreds if you count superdelegates). According to a 2014 Pew Research study in Party Affiliation trends, 44% of voters are registered independents, with just over 50% registered with one of the major parties.
