“What I saw in the 1990s sickened me”. Ms. Clinton was reported to have been so paranoid that she attempted to have the Secret Service banned from the White House and even tried to ditch her security detail once.

The new book coming out later this month by a former Secret Service agentwho was assigned to the Clinton detail in the White House is going to be the blockbuster political read of the summer.

Asked by CNN’s Anderson Cooper whether Bill Clinton would divest the Clinton Foundation should the former first lady win the White House, Hillary Clinton demurred.

“From the bottom of my soul I know this to be true”.

The agent also writes that he once walked into a room and found the president ” involved in appropriately with a woman” who was neither his wife nor Monica Lewinsky, the intern.

Byrne’s book will be released on June 28 but has already jumped to the top spot on Amazon’s best-seller list.

The dust-up, he says, left a light blue vase “smashed to bits” and Bill sporting a “real, live, put-a-steak-on-it black eye”. Written by ex-Secret Service Officer Gary J. Byrne, who was “posted directly outside President Clinton’s Oval Office”, the 285-page book describes Hillary Clinton’s “appalling leadership style” as being “volcanic, impulsive, enabled by sycophants, and disdainful of the rules set for everyone else”.

In recent years, several tell-all books about Bill Clinton-era White House sleaze have featured anecdotes about Hillary’s disgraceful behavior toward the Secret Service.

And he says he once threw out a White House towel stained with a woman’s lipstick – and the president’s “bodily fluids”.

Fox News reports that Nick Merrill, spokesman for Ms. Clinton, dismissed them as attempts to cash in on the “election cycle with their nonsense” and that this book “should be put in the fantasy section of the book store”.

When Clinton was again pressed on the issue, she told Cooper that she believes people seeking to impact a candidate or a politician in office would likely simply give their money toward political causes or candidates and not to the foundation itself. Her husband, former President Bill Clinton, is front and center in the Bay Area with many campaign stops, including in Oakland.
