Sony is back again with two more smartphones, and they each have their own claim to fame. There is a 16GB of internal storage out of which only 10GB will be available to the end users, not to forget that the device also has microSD slot with support upto 128GB support.
The Sony Xperia M5 is the sequel to the storage-squeezing Xperia M4 Aqua, and comes with IP65 and IP68 certification to offer resistance against dust and water.
Both phones have expandable memory up to 200GB, and will be available in selected countries later this month in single- and dual-SIM variants.
Smartphone makers usually put a sub-par front camera compared to the rear camera.
The Xperia M5 is said to be a cheaper Xperia Z3+ from Sony.
The Xperia Z5 is expected to arrive with a 5.5-inch FHD display (1920 x 1080 pixel resolution), a 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor paired with an Adreno 430 graphics processing unit, and 3GB of RAM. The front camera features a 13MP Exmor RS camera, with a 22mm focal length and soft LED flash. Starting with the huge Xperia C5 Ultra, this 6in giant is essentially Sony’s answer to the HTC Desire Eye, as it has two 13-megapixel cameras.
Both devices will ship in mid-August, though Sony didn’t detail any pricing information. It additionally comes with a 22 mm wide-angle lens with an 88-degree field of view, 4X digital zoom, full HD recording, autofocus, image stabilizer, auto Recognition, red-eye reduction etc. Xperia C4 Dual uses a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6752 octa-core processor and the graphics is Mali-T760MP2.
Both handsets feature 13MP main camera and 5MP front camera. The smartphone can help microSD playing cards of capacities as much as 200GB.
