Well, it seems as though things weren’t as peaceful as we thought, because the Real Housewife was just arrested on Sunday for shoplifting!

Kim Richards has found herself on the wrong side of the law, yet again.
It came shortly after claims that she fled the Malibu rehab facility where she was being treated for her addiction to alcohol in the middle of the night.
Authorities tell E! News that she stole upwards of $600 worth of items from a Target near her home in the San Fernando Valley.
Richards, 50, is Real Housewives co-star Kyle Richards’ sister and Paris Hilton‘s aunt.
The latest incident follows Richards’ arrest in April when she was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery of an officer after she allegedly refused to leave the Beverly Hills Hotel during a drunken meltdown. News that Richards was “upbeat” but “uncertain about her future”.

Earlier last month, Kim told ET of relapsing at the wedding: ‘I was stressed and everybody was looking at me…the bride and groom and the mom who just got out of treatment. “None of this would have happened if I didn’t drink”.
