In an adorable photo posted to the Kensington Palace Instagram account, the Duke and Duchess take in the Royal Air Force’s special fly-past.
George, who calls the Queen “Gan Gan”, cheekily saluted the impressive RAF flypast following the traditional Trooping of the Colour celebrations in Horse Guard’s Parade yesterday. Prince William and Prince Charles followed the queen’s carriage on horseback.
The royal baby made her first public appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony in her mother Kate’s arms.
The military spectacle – also known as the Queen’s Birthday Parade – takes on greater significance this year as the Queen will be marking a milestone anniversary – her 90th. The parade route in the heart of ceremonial London was lined with people as far as the eye could see.
The event will also feature Britain’s Got Talent victor and Household Cavalry bandsman Richard Jones, whose skills as a magician saw him triumph in the popular show.
People are simply in love with this royal family and love seeing them together.

This was Prince George’s second appearance on the balcony and so he was much more at ease, smiling and waving to the thousands who had gathered to see him.
