Even the most ardent fans of Game of Thrones do not know the sure answer to the question “Is Arya Stark dead?” Arya tried to get to Westeros from Braavos.

Brother Ray and his followers didn’t last long on Game of Thrones. Not everyone is still in strong support of the North, they realise. After watching the feisty Arya becoming better at her game and claiming her moral code, it was certainly not a pleasant sight to watch her wandering the unusual streets of Braavos, with her bleeding belly and no one to lend her a sympathetic glance.

Lyanna Mormont at 10 years of age already displayed great political prowess in her response to Stannis Baratheon from “Game of Thrones” season 5, she once again put them to use on Sansa Stark and Jon Snow.

Meanwhile, there is no update about Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) in this new episode, but she gets a special mention from Yara Greyjoy (Gemma Whelan) who is trying to wake up the old Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen). The other houses who joined them barely supplied enough men and with the bulk of the Stark army made up of wildlings, occasional conflicts are bound to erupt.

While Jon is in charge, it appears that Sansa is running the show. Could we be in for some more dragons?

THIS week brought with it countless shocks and potential plot twists that will make the next three episodes will massively influential to how the whole series finishes. He’s back for good, and he’s proved that he’s here to stay for some time at least. McShane is busy though, so it’ll have to be a very strong two-pager.

If what Brother Ray tells Sandor Clegane in this episode is true, and the gods (or a single god, whatever) have punished The Hound already, then the comeuppance for the Brotherhood looks to be at hand. “ASoIaF” fans have long theorized that a very different character called Gravedigger is a reanimated Sandor Clegane in the books, and Martin is yet to shoot that particular fan theory down, but the reanimated Hound we saw last night comes at a very odd time on this show where I have literally no clue where he could possibly fit in the overall narrative.

Fans of Game of Thrones are prone to conjecture and there's no sign their theorising is slowing down
