Apple’s annual developers conference WWDC 2016 kicks off tonight at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. According to MacRumors, the iOS 10 is expected to have many features and new design elements.
After years of Apple’s competitors catching up, Siri, the voice-operated virtual assistant, will finally get improvements in how it interprets and processes information, which should make it more conversational and able to understand context.
Additionally, 9to5Mac reports that Siri is being added to OS X, which means you’ll be able to use the digital assistant on your Mac, the same way you would on your iPhone or iPad. Amazon makes it very easy for developers to use Alexa as voice assistant in their apps and for their services.

Choosing to watch the WWDC keynote on Apple TV is a great choice for someone who wants to enjoy it on the big screen. However, it’s also the thought of a new Finder app for iOS 10 and a revamped file system that intrigues us even more. Apple will announce a third-party development kit that will allow applications to tap into Siri.
There are also speculations that OS X will be renamed back to MacOS.
Apple claims the big event will begin at 10am PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), which is great if you’re living in the US. You can also expect updates for tvOS, which will likely provide support for streaming directly via non-Apple devices.
For those looking forward to some new hardware, 9To5Mac mentioned that no new device will be featured during WWDC, and it will largely focus on software.
