E3 2016: Halo Wars 2 Trailer and Updates
At the Microsoft conference Halo Wars 2 has been given a release date of February 21, 2017.

The game introduces a new faction called The Banished with Atriox serving as the lead villain.
For now, PC folks interested in Halo Wars 2 will have to make do with a pair of trailers. The website, not the river. The beta runs from June 13 – June 20.
In the trailer, it seems like two opposing forces are battling against each other, and in the middle of the chaos, you see leaders from both sides walking towards each other.
As reported earlier this week, Microsoft confirmed that Halo Wars 2 Open Beta is now available for all Xbox One players.
Halo Wars: Definitive Edition includes improved graphics over the Xbox 360 original, plus new achievements and every piece of the original game’s DLC. It will come under the Xbox Play Anywhere initiative, so you’ll be able to play across Xbox One and PC, co-op and competitvely, with save games transferring via the cloud, all for the price of a single game.

One of the games that Microsoft brought to its E3 2016 media briefing was the upcoming Halo Wars 2 being developed by 343 Industries and Creative Assembly.
