CLEVELAND – Cavaliers coach Tyronn Lue has been fined $25,000 for public criticism of officials following his team’s 108-97 loss Friday night to the Golden State Warriors in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

The Warriors’ All-NBA forward avoided suspension in the Western Conference Finals after the NBA ruled – against popular opinion – his kick to Oklahoma City center Steven Adams’ groin was accidental.
Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green has been suspended for Game 5. If the league were for some reason to find something that was worthy of a flagrant-2 sanction, Green would then be suspended for both Game 5 and Game 6.
With 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter, LeBron James & Draymond Green got tangled up and got in each others face while the play was still going on.
“No matter what you do, he is going to have a huge stat line and affect the way a bunch of different ways”, Kerr said.
Curry scored just 48 total points in the first three games, but broke out with seven 3-pointers and Thompson, his Splash Brother, drained four as the Warriors took a commanding 3-1 lead in the series.
“I’m just kind of shocked some guys take it so personal”, Thompson said with a half-amused chuckled.
James has since been issued a technical foul for the incident, but that’s a far cry from what Green was given. He will serve his suspension Monday, June 13 during Game 5 of The Finals at Oracle Arena.
“He never gets calls”, Lue said Friday. “They’ve all been important, and that’s going to be a really hard decision who is inactive”, Kerr said.
Well, I don’t know what should happen. They’ll take a look at it. “He’s going to support us as a team the best way he can, even though he’s not going to be on the floor, and we have to go out and get a win for him”.
