The Milwaukee Bucks and head coach Jason Kidd finalized a three-year contract extension on Monday, NBA sources told ESPN. Now set to remain with the franchise despite a disappointing 2015-2016 campaign, Kidd is reportedly on track to earn more than $15 million as a result of the new deal.

Kidd also coached in Brooklyn for one season, guiding the Nets to a 44-38 record and a playoff appearance in 2013-14.

Bucks coach Jason Kidd will be sticking around Milwaukee for another three years. Due to injuries and youth, the Bucks had a slow start last season and never fully recovered, finishing with a record of 33-49.

In his two years with the club, Milwaukee has traded away Brandon Knight, acquired Michael Carter-Williams, signed Greg Monroe to a big free agent contract, and experimented with Giannis Antetokounmpo at point guard.
