Angry customer phoned police to complain that shop is not refunding him for unwanted t-shirt
A very angry customer phoned to the greater Manchester police to complain about a staff of a shop who refused to refund him for unwanted t-shirt.

Actually, the 20 year old shopper, whose name is unknown, called police by saying that the staff at sports direct is refusing to refund him or exchange the unwanted t-shirt, even he has the receipt.
The man after saying all this, disconnected the phone.
After some time, an officer from emergency services phoned him back and told him that the argument was a civil matter and not for the police to deal with. And the officer also advised him to not to call them again with similar reasons otherwise he may have to a fine of £90.

Later, a chief of emergency services explained that, they handles more than 1400 complaints a day, so they don’t have much time waste on these silly arguments.
