The presumptive Republican presidential nominee said proposals for combating poverty are one thing that he and Ryan can agree upon.

So much for Paul Ryan’s moral high ground.

Ryan’s Trump endorsement was a measured one, yes, but his argument that a Republican-led Congress can accomplish far more of its goals with a President Trump than a President Clinton will likely resonate with his party’s faithful.

On June 2, McConnell expressed worry over Trump’s fiery rhetoric towards Hispanics, a sizable demographic in the country whose support could be essential in winning future presidential elections. He laid out several of those in his column effectively endorsing Trump.

Trump supporter Debbie Tracey, a US Navy veteran from San Jose, said she came to hear Mr Trump speak, and left his rally with two hats, a t-shirt and a handful of signs that said “Veterans for Trump”.

He added, “It’s no secret that he and I have our differences. And when I feel the need to, I’ll continue to speak my mind”, wrote Ryan. Not just that speech and the protests but Donald Trump and the issue of Trump University making a new attack on the judge in that case in California. The endorsement, he said, was not the product of any deal with the billionaire developer, but a decision based on “an understanding of our mutually agreed upon principles”.

The House Speaker says Republicans will unveil a policy agenda that includes reforming the tax code, reforming regulations and rules, repealing and replacing Obamacare, and dealing with national security. With the release of his weekly address on YouTube, it is clear that Ryan’s policy agenda is more an homage to Trump than a stand-alone alternative to his hate mongering. Legislating greater restraints on the executive powers of the presidency. Apparently referring to the governor’s stated reluctance to appear with him publicly, Trump told reporters, “She was not nice”. The Republican standard-bearer has already promised to abolish the Environmental Protection Agency.

The endorsement is the latest and most consequential example of leading Republicans falling in line behind Trump. “Every week they come out with new regulations”.

The presumptive GOP nominee spent 10 minutes shrieking about Barbara Res, his former construction director who accused him of sexism in a New York Times article, and 10 minutes more attacking the Times and Washington Post. Most political observers see it as the last domino in the series, as finally the entire GOP has united behind its last remaining presidential candidate. “He’s a Mexican. We’re building a wall between here and Mexico”.

Martinez is a rising star in the Republican party and has often been spoken of as a vice-presidential candidate. The boon to the Kochs is that the data gathered in a contest for which their system is used stays within the i360 vault, and is not shared with the party.

Nygren said he hopes to see Trump work more to make Republican voters like him comfortable with supporting their party’s nominee.

The prospect of a choice between Trump and Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton leaves some conservative scholars cold. We had 17 people competing for the nomination, Andrea, and Donald Trump won the most primaries and caucuses. He’s not publicly backing any of Trump’s policies.

'He clearly says and does things I don't agree with and I've had to speak up from time to time when that's occurred,” Ryan said
