Nainggolan might be 28-years-old, but here are three reasons why he is the main man Chelsea need.

The 2014-2015 Premier League Player of the Season recently admitted that he and Blues goalkeeper Courtois want their countryman Nainggolan to complete a Chelsea transfer when the summer window opens next month as he considers the Roma midfielder as “one of the best in the world”, as per Metro.
‘I think he stays with us.
Roma manager Luciano Spalletti has claimed that he expects Radja Nainggolan to stay at the club, despite interest from Chelsea. “There were times when I didn’t play him because I’ve got other players to consider too, but he made his contribution, helping us gain the position we finished in”.
However, according to Spalletti, the midfielder has already promised to remain in the Italian capital next season. Similarly underwhelming for the Belgians in their opening match in France was Nainggolan’s midfield partner Axel Witsel, a player Spalletti is reportedly keen on recruiting.
‘We must first fix the defence, ‘ added Spalletti, talking to Sky Sport Italia.
The Giallorossi are on the verge of losing Miralem Pjanic to Juventus in the coming hours and are desperate to hold on to Nainggolan, who is wanted by Chelsea this summer.

“We’re counting on him also next year”, Spalletti said. The Bosnia global joined Roma from Lyon in 2011 and scored 10 goals and set up 12 more in 33 league appearances to help his team finish third in Serie A this past season.
