As he made his appearance on the infamous balcony in celebration of Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday at Trooping The Colour, little did he know he’d become, well, a GIF.
It doesn’t matter the age, the circumstance, or the fact that they’re members of the royal family.
And this came after David Cameron was heard describing Nigeria and Afghanistan as “fantastically corrupt” in a conversation with the Queen.
The royal family was on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.
