Curry Gets Ejected Late, Warriors Lose Game 6 Of NBA Finals

Despite dropping 30 points during today’s pivotal Game 6 of the NBA Finals, the Cleveland Cavaliers stomped holes all up and down Curry and the Golden State Warriors en route to a 115 – 101 win that was never in doubt; sending the series to a deciding Game 7 this coming Monday (Australian time).

They were battered, they were beaten – and now the legacy of this season for the Golden State Warriors hinges entirely on Game Seven. Kyrie finished with 23 points, four rebounds and three assists. The next closest competitor in the series is his teammate, Kyrie Irving, at 26.7, closing in at nearly 10 points lower than James.

Asked if it will be a failed campaign despite the wins record if Golden State falls to the Cavs, Klay Thompson didn’t hesitate.

After picking up his sixth foul of the game, Curry – clearly frustrated with the foul that was called and the overall outcome of the game – threw his mouthpiece towards the stands. If, over the last few months the smell has worn off, Golden State wants to spray the bubbly once again.

LeBron James plays it nonchalantly too. They got to feel us.

Steph Curry said the Warriors aren’t going to let this loss get to them.

A devastated Andrew Bogut says he will need a miracle to overcome a knee injury and play in the Olympics, describing himself as “highly unlikely” to suit up for the Boomers in Brazil.

On Wednesday, James called Game 7, “the two best words ever”.

“I was just kind of debriefed on what the security thought happened with some guy that poses with fake credentials and gets backstage at a lot of events, the NBA Finals and all that stuff”, Curry told The Undefeated as he departed from the arena.

Sager and Kerr worked together for almost a decade when Kerr was in broadcasting. “Having worked for TNT for eight years, Craig’s a good friend and that was the one thing that we never got to do with TNT”.

“I don’t think he got exhausted”, Lue said with a laugh. We certainly won’t be alone on that soapbox this time if he doesn’t get it.

Tonight may very well be the biggest game in Cleveland Cavaliers franchise history.

He’s 1-0 in Game 7s in the NBA Finals, Miami beating San Antonio in 2013. “I’ll watch a movie at some point, but not watch all of it. Just go win the game”.

James wouldn’t reveal his cinematic choice, but he’s been fixated on “The Godfather” trilogy throughout the postseason, watching on team flights.

Now with their All-Star power forward back, the Warriors are looking to secure their title and place in history.

“Game 7”, James said, “so I’ll play it anywhere”.

“As long as everyone wear them, then it will be a cool look”, James said.

“The energy from start to finish was nonstop, I mean from pregame warm-ups all the way to the end”. “It was obviously frustrating fouling out in the fourth quarter of a clinching game and not being out there with my teammates”.
