Johnny Depp’s lawyer wants Amber Heard to detail alleged abuse under oath

The issue of temporary spousal support was set to be handled during Amber’s restraining order hearing on Friday (06.17.16) at the family court after she claimed Johnny made $30 million past year and she could be entitled to nearly $1 million per month in maintenance.

TMZ reports that Heard only asked for temporary spousal support because she thought that was a typical move in divorce proceedings.

According to TMZ, the 53-year-old actor’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, has filed documents which state Amber and her best friend, Raquel Pennington, have both claimed they don’t have a day available before then to answer questions under oath.

“She didn’t want people thinking she was after Johnny’s money”.

Heard, 30, said in her filing that she was reserving her right to pursue spousal support down the line in her divorce battle.

“My very initial request for (temporary) spousal support is only about 5 percent of what I could have requested”, she said. A few days later, the Danish Girl actress was granted a restraining order after she claimed that Depp physically abused her on multiple occasions and even brought photographic evidence of the alleged abuse.

Other friend of Johnny, comedian Doug Stanhope, accused Amber of lying, and she sued him. It’s about loving and supporting each person by saying, give them their privacy let them work it out.

But how so? Depp is all the way in Bahamas, recuperating on his private island. She fears the “Alice Through the Looking Glass” actor’s legal team has begun speculating about her motives in the media.

Like most ugly divorces of famously handsome people, Amber Heard‘s split from Johnny Depp has become a war of perceptions.

The entire goal of a restraining order, legal experts say, is to make it a crime for the Defendant to approach the Petitioner. “Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly”.

It was Heard’s attorneys, however, who called the police.
