Hundreds in line for slain ‘Voice’ singer’s services
The father of late The Voice singer Christina Grimmie said he has a “gigantic hole” in his heart that will never go away after his daughter’s brutal murder.

Thousands of friends and fans have said farewell to “The Voice” singer Christina Grimmie at services in New Jersey.
He told those in attendance that his sister, when she saw Loidl approaching on that fateful night, opened her arms as if to embrace another adoring fan.
Christina Grimmie’s memorial service has been nothing short of emotional. Coworkers at the Best Buy where Loibl worked said he falsely believing the two were in a relationship and that he was angered after seeing photos of Grimmie with a record producer online. The five women of Fifth Harmony remembered Grimmie during their performance at 106.1’s BLI’s Summer Jam in NY with a moment of silence. She was taken from us too soon.

Platten toured with Grimmie earlier this year, and remembered the singer onstage in NY, before singing “Fight” song in her honour. We’d go get something to eat and talk and then we went on my birthday – me, Bud, Christina and Mark – we went to Cheesecake Factory and it was really nice.
