Wilson gave an insight on her character’s future in a recent interview and said that audiences are “going to see some classic Bailey stuff, some classic Bailey behavior”, including a return of her self-confidence.
Meanwhile, an interesting twist in the next installment of Grey’s Anatomy is the rumor that Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) will be leaving the show after Season 12.
Henderson was reported to enter the longtime medical drama as a new doctor and a potential new love interest of Meredith. Neither the actress nor the show runner Shonda Rhimes has commented about this rumor, but several reports note that the 45-year-old actress does not want to extend her contract after this upcoming season. Martin Henderson has been recruited as a series regular in the show to take the place of Dempsey.

“So many people lose their spouses in a myriad of different ways and feel they can’t get up again and to tell the story of how life goes on after… that’s a story worth telling”.
