The Search is On for Escaped Indiana Inmates
Fayette County deputies said Dayton police were searching the area for the inmates – Chadwick Heath and Michael Roberts, but dispatchers here said there was no active search for the men who escaped Friday night from the Fayette County Jail.

The two men broke out of the Connersville jail over the weekend through a hole they apparently made in the jail’s exterior wall, authorities said.
The boss told investigators Roberts has stolen his vehicle before.
Someone who previously employed Roberts said he noticed his truck was missing Sunday morning. The truck is a 2015 white Ford F350 dual wheel utility truck, with “JOBE BROTHERS” in black lettering on the side doors.
About 25 seconds later, the video shows the other doing the exact same thing. “They then were able to take a piece of metal that they had taken from a box inside the block and break the outside brick out”.
Fayette County Sheriff’s Department officials said a missing truck may be key to finding them.
Heath is now charged with four counts of dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 4 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (Level 6 felony), and visiting a common nuisance (A-Misdemeanor).
Roberts has been charged with two counts of theft and one for burglary.

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department is now offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the capture of the two inmates.
