Numerous incidents of violence and bad behavior from fans of various teams at the Euro 2016 have come into the news, but Irish supporters are standing a class apart.

The clip, taken on a mobile phone, starts with the crowd sing the Frankie Valli lyrics: “You’re just too good to be true, can’t take my eyes off of you”.

Several fans even get down on one knee in a mock proposal, extending their arms towards the baffled girl.

The girl decides to repay the crowds for their singing with a kiss on the cheek for one lucky punter before everyone explodes into a mass of hugging, chanting and dancing.

Romera is a lifeguard in France.

Hundreds of boys and girls in green belted out a unique version of the Pet Shop Boys’ Go West with the words “Stand up for the French Police!” replacing the original, as officers urged them to stop blocking the underpass over a tannoy.

She then turns back and pecks the man on the cheek, as the crowd erupts.

The video, which was uploaded to Facebook on Saturday, has been viewed over 50,000 times, and has tickled many people.
