President Obama Officially Endorses Hillary Clinton For President
President Barack Obama endorsed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for President Thursday afternoon – a big boost to Clinton’s presidential ambitions as the presumptive Democratic candidate.

“This is the first time I think that we’ve heard you say that you’re going to support the nominee and acknowledge that the nominee is Hillary Clinton”.
Hillary Clinton’s already-good week just got a nice big progressive cherry on top when Sen.
“I don’t think there’s ever been someone so qualified to hold this office”, Obama said in his endorsement.

Bernie Sanders has refused to drop out of the race for the Democratic nomination, Clinton claimed her victory in a speech Tuesday following resounding primary victories in New Mexico, New Jersey and California.
Clinton and Obama will begin campaigning together next week in Green Bay, Wisconsin. “I can’t promise I’ll try, but I’ll try to try”.

Mr Obama had been expected to support Mrs Clinton since she won enough delegates this week to clinch the Democratic nomination and become the first woman to lead a major United States party as its presidential nominee.
