Hillary Clinton’s VP search moves into more intense phase
Greeted by chants of “Hillary, Hillary”, the presumptive Democratic nominee promised to use her massive campaign infrastructure to help Democrats win congressional races as part of what she called a “50 state strategy”.

The pair will appear together Monday in Cincinnati, Ohio, the Clinton campaign said, and discuss “their shared commitment to building an America that is stronger together and an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top”.
The campaign has yet to announce details regarding where and when the campaign stop is slated to take place on Monday.
Sanders, who has not formally left the presidential race or endorsed presumed nominee Hillary Clinton, acknowledged Wednesday that he’s apparently not going to be the party’s nominee. Elizabeth Warren, Virginia Sen.
Warren even visited the Clinton campaign headquarters in Brooklyn, New York, on June 17, indicating that the senator has been growing increasingly more involved with the presumed nominee, CNN reports. Warren on Wednesday issued her first solo fund-raising plea on Clinton’s behalf Tuesday, asking for small dollar donations.
Clinton was pressing forward on her search for a running mate as her GOP rival struggled with dismal fundraising and major questions about his campaign organization. Tim Kaine and Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro.
“If Clinton picked Warren, her whole base on Wall Street would leave her”, said a Clinton donor. Ravens said whether Democrats will do the same is yet to be determined.
Becerra, the House Democratic Caucus chairman, offered Clinton a glass of water during the meeting, prompting Rep. Joe Crowley of NY, the group’s vice chairman, to joke, “Boy are you working it”.
Democrats stressed the unity within their party, drawing a contrast with Republicans, some of whom have offered only lukewarm support for Mr Trump.
While Warren and Clinton do not have a close relationship, they recently met for about an hour in Washington.
Following her endorsement, Warren has stepped up her attacks on presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, blasting him in a series of speeches, as well as in a new MoveOn.org video launched earlier this week.
“That is a problem for the party”, said Rep. Jim Clyburn, D-S.C.
