Pierce Brosnan tried to board a plane Sunday afternoon with a knife in his bag, but 007 couldn’t slip it by TSA agents… who called him out on it.

The 62-year-old’s blade – reportedly 10-inch hunting knife – was seized by officials at Burlington global Airport in Vermont.

Burlington police patrol the airport, but TSA does not always alert them for every improper item the agents encounter, Burke said.

He was “furious” and could be overheard saying “I can’t believe they’re doing this”, according to reports. Brosnan chose to pack the knife.

The agent tells the website Brosnan was not arrested or cited for the incident and made his way to the flight.

The actor, best known for his roles in Bond films including Goldeneye and Die Another Day, posted a pictures of himself with wife Keely Shaye smith on Instagram the day after the reported incident.
