The five group winners will qualify for the World Cup.
The fourth team in the group are Zambia, who were African champions in 2012.

The Super Eagles will play in group B alongside the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, Fennecs of Algeria and the Chipolopolo of Zambia.
The draw, held in Cairo on Friday, had 20 teams from four pots placed in five groups of four teams each.
The pairing shows that the Super Eagles faces an uphill task, as all the three sides are among the continent’s best.
Nigeria beat Algeria 3-0 to lift her first -ever Africa Cup of Nations title, on home soil in 1980, but the Fennecs avenged by beating the Eagles 1-0 to also nick their first African title, on home soil, ten years later.
Gabon and Mali are the other two countries in the group.
Ghana, who have also qualified for the last three tournament finals, will be up against Egypt in Group E as well as Congo and Uganda.
