Donald Trump’s Former Campaign Manager Corey Lewandowski to Join CNN as Commentator
Donald Trump’s list of possible vice presidential candidates has “no more than four” names on it right now, former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski said Thursday.

Lewandowski, who was sacked last week, signed an exclusive contract to be a salaried political commenter for CNN, and is expected to join as a pro-Trump commentator.
“I’m a guy who calls balls from strikes”, Lewandowski told Erin Burnett on CNN in his first interview as a paid commentator for the cable network.
The network reportedly snapped up their latest hire three days after the presumptive Republican nominee showed Lewandowski the door. The network subsequently stated that Stone would no longer appear on its airwaves. Politico reported yesterday that “Some CNN staffers were privately grumbling on Thursday about Lewandowski’s hiring, especially in light of how he has treated journalists”.
Employees of Trump are required to sign non-disclosure agreements, which prohibits Lewandowski from sharing confidential or disparaging information about the candidate.
“I think there are a lot of lessons learned all around”, Caputo said of the Curiel attacks. That’s part of how the political game is played and it will probably help ratings.
But during an MSNBC interview on Monday, Lewandowski repeatedly deflected questions about whether he’d signed a nondisclosure agreement.
“Here is another CNN lie”. They would be ready to go on day one, there’s no on-the-job training here.
Yet Trump opted to ignore the calls, and stood by Lewandowski and his declarations of innocence.
What do you do after being fired as Donald Trump’s campaign manager? Media goes in the pen.’ Lewandowski at first said the order was because of security, but then said: “I’m telling you”.
This is a bit ironic considering that Lewandowski has both physically and verbally assaulted CNN reporters.
Lewandowski brings what some of CNN’s other commentators bring: first-hand experience running a presidential campaign.

“CNN is facing a near internal revolt over the Corey hiring”, an unnamed source, described by Page Six as a “TV insider”, said, adding that many in the newsroom are “livid”.
