Elizabeth Wall of McRae Georgia Charged With Shooting Dead Saughter-in-Law
CBS46 News uncovered new court records outlining a bitter divorce battle between Jenna Wall and her estranged husband.

Elizabeth Wall is facing a felony murder charge for allegedly shooting and killing Jenna Wall.
Two young children were at the home at the time of the shooting, though it is unclear what they saw, police said.
Sixty-three-year-old Elizabeth Wall, who also lives in Powder Springs, was arrested inside the home. The petition alleges she revealed that to him after filing for divorce.
Elizabeth Wall is next due in court on July 12 at 1 p.m.
Jenna Wall later attended Mercer University to earn her teaching certificate in elementary and special education and was working on a program to add Target, or gifted class, to her resume.
According to the Paulding County district attorney, Jenna Wall’s estranged husband, who is an investigator with the district attorney’s office, left work to respond to the scene after he was called by police.
A kindergarten teacher was allegedly shot and killed by her mother-in-law.
Kemp Elementary School kindergarten teacher Jenna Wall, 35, was found gunned down in a home in Powder Springs, northwest of Atlanta, by officers on Thursday, Cobb County police said in a statement. The pair according to the claim texted and emailed on a daily basis, and at least once, Jenna Wall had the man over for a romantic rendezvous while her two sons were home.
As Jerrod Wall frantically drove to the house, he spoke with one of his sons on the phone. According to police records, the son said he could hear gunshots coming from inside the house, where his mom and grandma were.
Investigators also towed away a red truck that was parked in front.

Elizabeth Wall is charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, third-degree cruelty to children, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony.
