Jamie Lynn Spears wants the world to know that she’s more than just Britney Spears’ kid sister, a child star, and a teen mom – though it’s clear that the final of those labels has played the biggest role in shaping the woman she’s become.

Unable to tell her parents face-to-face, Jamie Lynn wrote a note and put it in her mother’s room. She said not at the moment, she hasn’t even heard from Dan. But when pressured about her willingness to participate in a reunion, Spears says: “I don’t know, I don’t know, I can’t make those kind of decisions”.
“I hope that they learn who I am today and embrace that as well”.
She says: “Everyone always asks why country music, and I get it because my sister’s this huge pop star so I guess from people who don’t really know our history don’t know it’s a part of who I am”.
