“Game of Thrones” Showrunners Reveal There Will Be Two More Seasons

The director last helmed the Season 2 finale, “Valar Morghulis”, and went on to direct two blockbusters, “Thor: The Dark World” and “Terminator: Genisys”, starring the mother of dragons herself, Emilia Clarke, as Sarah Connor.

Looking at Daenerys Targaryen, we’ll find out that she’s the daughter of Rhaella Targaryen and Aerys II Targaryen (The Mad King) and the sister of Rhaegar and Viserys.

Season six of “Game of Thrones” was noteworthy for many reasons, but mainly because it provided us with more fan theories than any season prior. “We had to keep it quiet that I had a part in GoT so now it’s out, my family have had lots of people they know contacting them, really excited they have seen me”.

While fans will have to wait quite some time to get the audio commentaries for Game of Thrones Season 6, the next best thing is available today. As a Targaryen, the new King of the North now has closer ties to the Iron Throne. Not a big surprise, but more of a hint that we’re still looking at seven episodes or, at most, eight. “The pieces are on the board now”, he added. He will most probably finish the book before the season 7 of the “Game of Thrones”. But HBO already inadvertently – or maybe intentionally – told everyone who Jon Snow’s parents are well ahead of the upcoming season. Maybe politically, it makes sense, I honestly don’t know how I would feel about that, I’d have to speak to the producers about that one.

So whether or not you’re ready for it – and after watching Dany finally preparing to sail into King’s Landing, something we’ve been waiting for since the first season, you may well be – Game Of Thrones is definitely reaching its climax.

Throughout the earlier seasons she has been shown as a complex character, ruthlessly ambitious but protective of her children.

Let that sink in for a minute, because if we’re now to understand Jon is the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna, then you nearly have to believe his name isn’t really Jon. On Tuesday, HBO’s official blog, Making Game of Thrones, released an infographic depicting the complicated relationships surrounding Ned Stark, his bastard Jon Snow, Lyanna Stark, and the Baratheon/Lannister clan.
