No Mega Millions winner; Friday jackpot increases to $508M
No ticket matched all of the winning numbers – 29, 46, 53, 64, 73 with the Mega Ball 10 – selected at 11 p.m. EDT, Mega Millions said in a statement.

Tuesday’s jackpot was the 7th largest in USA history and the largest since a $429.6 million Powerball prize was won by a New Jersey family on May 7.
Remember that? The jackpot eventually grew to $1.586 billion (with a “b”, people) before the winning numbers were drawn on January 13 by three people in California, Florida and Tennessee.
“With strong sales around the country, the estimated jackpot for Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing has been raised”, lottery officials said in a statement. Virginia Lottery spokesperson and media contact for Mega Millions John Haggerty confirmed there were no winners to ABC News.
The $508 million jackpot is the largest Mega Millions jackpot since December 17, 2013 when winning tickets sold in Georgia and California split a $648 million jackpot. Since no one won the top prize, the jackpot will roll over to a staggering $508 million with a cash option of $357 million. The pot will increase by about $54 million for the next drawing on Friday, he said.
Mega Millions tickets sell for $1. The largest Mega Millions jackpot, worth US$656 million, was sold the prior year.
At 1 in 292 million, the odds of winning Powerball are tougher than Mega Millions.
