Prior to the family meeting, Jason Sheats later told investigators that he thought his wife was going to explain to their daughters that she was filing for divorce.

Police have released the chilling tapes of the emergency call made when Christy Sheats shot and killed her two daughters. After the girls were shot, Jason and his daughters ran out of their house to escaped crazed Christy, but Madison collapsed and died in the street.

Jason Sheats told police that his wife of more than 20 years began a “downward spiral” after the 2012 death of her beloved grandfather, from whom she received the gun, Nehls said.

The harrowing audio reveals the drama that unfolded inside Jason and Christy’s home in the peaceful Texas suburb of Katy, where Christy, a pro-gun activist, murdered her two daughters.

The gunwoman’s husband, Jason Sheats, is heard saying: “I promise you, whatever you want”.

Reports indicate that Christy had a history of mental illness and that law enforcement had responded to the residence previously.

While Mayers can be seen celebrating the number of hits that Jennifer is getting for her blog post, Mayers is getting roasted on social media for her stance calling Christy a hero who wouldn’t have to explain to Sheats’ friends why she was carrying a “yellow mixed baby that her promiscuous daughters had created”.

Jason added that his wife was taking “numerous” prescription medications and was also seeing a therapist. Afterward, she opened fire.

According to her Facebook page, Christy Sheats was a strong backer of gun rights. Christy went back inside to reload her gun, got back to the streets and shot Taylor again. “She’s going inside the house now. Please don’t point your gun at us”, Madison can be heard screaming.

On Sept. 25, National Daughters Day, she posted a photograph of her two daughters and a statement that said, “Happy Daughter’s Day to my two fantastic, sweet, kind, beautiful, intelligent girls”.

Days before the shootings Christy Sheats had a fight with her oldest daughter in which she tried to ground Taylor and forbid her from seeing her fiancee, Jason Sheats told police. “Mr Sheats also volunteered to us that Christy did apply for a license to carry permit in Texas and was denied a license”.

The Houston Chronicle reported Tuesday that police had been called to the home three times for suicide attempts and 11 times for other issues since 2012.

Taylor Sheats was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital where she died.

“She just said that she was arguing with her mom”.
