Clark follows Baker in penning new Villa deal

Defender Ciaran Clark has said he is “thrilled” after signing a new five-year contract at Aston Villa.

Clark is a product of the club’s youth system and has become a key member of the Villa first team in recent seasons, making close to 125 appearances.

The Republic of Ireland global started 22 Premier League matches last term before suffering a season-ending knee injury at Tottenham in April.
