The Taiwanese tech giant Asus recently announced on that it will launch four new ZenFone mobile phones, the ZenFone Max, the ZenFone 2 Laser, the ZenFone 2 Selfie and the ZenFone 2 Deluxe in New Delhi. It has the same mega pixel camera on the back. The smartphone has a 13 megapixel rear camera featuring laser autofocus, which will help the images to be captured a lot easily and a lot faster. It also has a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display. The ZenFone 2 Laser will be available in three size variants with prices starting from Rs 9,999. It is powered by Qualcomm 64-bit chipset clocked at 1.5GJz and is paired with 3GB of RAM. The Zenfone 2 Deluxe sports a 13MP PixelMaster camera with an f/2.0 wide-aperture lens, and a “real tone” flash for warm skin tones and accurate colour, as per the company’s claims. The smartphone comes equipped with a 13-megapixel camera at the rear as well as the front.
Battery life is a sticking point for many smartphones, but it probably won’t be for Asus’ new handset.
Asus has dropped a 5,000mAh power plant into the Zenfone Max, and that big battery can do double duty as a powerbank to charge up other devices.
The tablet features a 64bit Quad core Intel x3-C3230 SoC coupled with a Mali GPU clocked at 450 Mhz and come with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of on board storage.
The ZenFone 2 Deluxe and ZenFone 2 Laser are variations on the disruptive, recently announced ZenFone 2. Both of them supper microSD card up to 64GB.
