Sanders to Finally Endorse Clinton on Tuesday

According to Pew Research Center, 33 percent of Democrats were satisfied with Bill Clinton as he ran for his first term as president. The Democrat spoke on condition of anonymity because the person was not authorized to discuss the plans.

That included an appearance Wednesday night on MSNBC, where Sanders said reports of a possible endorsement next week were accurate.

“We are now working with the Clinton campaign”, Sanders said.

While he still hasn’t officially dropped out of the presidential race, late last month, Sanders had also said that he will vote for Clinton in November’s general election.

CNN reported a group of House Democrats booed him during a closed session with the House Democratic caucus Wednesday morning after he wouldn’t answer questions about when he would back Clinton. “Sanders has been on record that one of the issues that he and Secretary Clinton were interested in exploring further was how to make health care available to more Americans”.

The revelation came as Comey came under intense questioning from members of Congress during a House Oversight Committee hearing.

On Thursday, Sanders telegraphed where he’s heading with a near-endorsement.

While three-quarters of Democratic voters believe the party will unite behind Clinton, only 38 percent of Republicans believe the GOP will solidly unite behind Trump – a awful sign for Trump as the Republican National Convention approaches. He still wants the platform to register opposition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, which Clinton has come out against but Obama supports.

Sanders trounced Clinton in the New Hampshire primary, and holding the event in the Granite State would put the two rivals in a fall battleground state where Clinton will compete against Republican Donald Trump. “It is the most progressive platform in history”.
