Belgium move ahead of world champs Germany in rankings, Lions drop

Belgium leapfrog Germany to take second place behind Argentina but the Netherlands drop seven spots to 12th due to the devaluation of last year’s World Cup matches.

Wales top their European Championship qualifying group after six games, ahead of Belgium, while England have won six out of six in their qualifying campaign.

Portugal, Romania, England and Wales and Copa America winners Chile round up the top 10.

Mexico used their Gold Cup title to rise 14 places to No. 26.

Meanwhile the side they beat in the final, Jamaica, are the biggest movers as their exploits during the competition earned them a new ranking of 55, moving up 21 places.

The United States, beaten by Jamaica in the semifinals, improves five places to No. 29.

Overall, Argentina maintains their number one spot.
