Novak Djokovic insists he will come back stronger than ever after Sam Querrey ended the world number one’s bid for tennis immortality in one of Wimbledon’s greatest upsets.

Reflecting on the same, Djokovic said that he had been suffering from mental and physical fatigue following his maiden French Open title, which he won by defeating second-ranked Andy Murray.

But instead Djokovic trudged off Court One humiliated after the big-serving Querrey’s 7-6 (8/6), 6-1, 3-6, 7-6 (7/5) third round victory condemned the Serb to his earliest Wimbledon exit for eight years.
The 28-year-old suffered no hangover from his shock weekend triumph over the world number one as he beat Frenchman Mahut 6-4 7-6 (5) 6-4 in the fourth round to reach the first grand slam quarter-final of his career.
“I believe in positive things in life”. “I managed to win four Grand Slams in a row two different seasons”.
“I’m not basing my decision on Novak”, he said.
Novak Djokovic is the four-time Grand Slam victor and he also holds the record of winning the 30 straight match.
“Hopefully, you know, his good vibes – he’s a very happy-go-lucky guy – hopefully his positivity out there wears off on me as well and I think vice versa”.
