The Tony-award winning musical Hamilton has taken the world of pop culture by storm over the past year, something that most musicals can’t lay claim to.

Miranda then emotionally read a love letter written by the actual Hamilton before singing “Happy Trails” alongside Odom and Soo.

According to EntertainmentWeekly, the original cast of Hamilton will have their final bows in NY on Saturday, making way for a new cast to carry the torch as Hamilton looks to conquer the country. His alternate, Javier Munoz, will be taking over his Hamilton cast duties.

As for Miranda, he will continue his musical career starring in Disney’s “Mary Poppins” sequel alongside Emily Blunt in 2018. But “Hamilton”, by far the hottest ticket on Broadway in decades, is in good hands. However, the cost on the resale market has been going for over $1,000 for a while.
