Paul Pogba Is The ‘Perfect Fit’ For Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United

Reports had suggested that an official bid from United was on the way and this may be attempt to speed up that process or simply improve what is already on the table.

However, speculations abound that Pogba is still holding a “grudge against United over his departure” four seasons ago and does not want a return stint with the Manchester club.

28-year-old Mata is being heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford this summer and it seems like his days at Manchester United are numbered.

Paul Pogba has reportedly told close friends and family members that he has chosen to join Manchester United from Juventus.

Mino Raiola, Pogba’s agent, has added to United concerns that the midfielder may be staying put.

Pogba helped take France to the final of Euro 2016 on Sunday, a game the host nation lost 1-0 after an extra time victor from opponents Portugal.

Last month Raiola said he was in contact with three clubs interested in signing the midfielder – and confirmed European champions Real are one of them. He is contracted until 2019 and could be offered a new deal in Turin. The Juventus star midfielder, who is just 23 and is projected to be the world’s best player after Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, could be set for a shock return to the England club.

Marcos Rojo, Morgan Schneiderlin and Bastian Schweinsteiger are among as many as eight players who could be sold by Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho this summer, according to reports in the British media.

The £100m transfer fee would eclipse the current world record £85m fee Real Madrid paid Tottenham for Gareth Bale in 2013.

“But if United can get Pogba then that sends out the signal that we are really going for it this year”.
