Rudy Giuliani: Black Lives Matter ‘inherently racist’
Clinton called for “ending the systemic racism that plagues our country” and an effort by all Americans to rebuild police-community relations damaged by this week’s events. “You have to fix the wound first”, said Eich. Philando was a man of peace and dignity. Last week, while most of us were looking elsewhere, the House of Representatives passed by a vote of – and this is not a typographical error – 422 to 2 a bill that would improve mental-health care in the nation. “There are people speaking out, there are people working with the police”, the mayor said. The police officer still at the window of the vehicle, a gun in his hand. Last week on MSNBC Live he said, “There’s a target on police officers’ backs. because of groups like Black Lives Matter”. A retired New York City police detective wept as he spoke to CNN’s Chris Cuomo about the bravery of the Dallas officers who, carrying only pistols, were wearing protective vests they knew couldn’t deflect the bullets of the shooter’s weapon.

“If we come into contact with people as we’re walking, people who are trying to downplay our cause or say something against it, just ignore it and take the high road, as hard as it may be”, Ginnetto told the crowd of around 30 people.
During a Sunday appearance on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” Giuliani said “when you say black lives matter, that’s inherently racist”. That study confirms what many Black organizations and civil rights leaders have been saying for years – that black men are disproportionately affected by police shootings.
In Washington, on the fourth night of protests, several hundred protesters who had marched two miles to Union Station accepted without complaint the news from organizers and police that they could not march on the Capitol without a permit.
He also pointed out that in America, white lives have always mattered while blacks have often been oppressed.
“Events like this do occur, but it’s not representative of a whole culture”, Maxwell said.
The gunman, 25-year-old Mesquite, Texas, resident Micah Xavier Johnson, was killed after a Dallas bomb squad took him out with an explosive device after hours of unsuccessful negotiations.
Shortly after the incident, Carbondale Police officers rushed over to break up the crowds. “I do understand that they do want to protest and that they don’t want police brutality, they don’t want to feel that way”, said Tipton. The solution is to end the undervaluing of lives, both black and blue.
Black lives have never mattered to the United States as a whole-even though we have fought in your wars, raised your children, cooked your meals and entertained you.
“The color of a person’s skin doesn’t matter”, he said. “A lot of them are very fearful”, said Derrick Grace. He asked that they join the force and make changes from within. Our black lives have not mattered to you, but they sure as hell are important to us.

One man in attendance, named Banditsu, told CNN: “Black lives matter, I’m exhausted of seeing my brothers and sisters becoming a hashtag”.
