David Cameron chaired his final cabinet meeting on Tuesday after six years as Britain’s prime minister, with incoming premier Theresa May preparing to form a new government to deliver Brexit.
Mrs May will take up office on Wednesday, after Mr Cameron answers MPs’ questions in the House of Commons for the last time and goes to Buckingham Palace to offer his resignation to the Queen.

May supported remaining in the European Union, but has promised to give prominent “leave” campaigners key Cabinet roles in a bid to heal the party’s longstanding split over Europe.
On the latest in a string of recent astonishing days at Westminster, Eagle also launched her bid to take over the leadership of the main opposition Labour Party from veteran socialist Corbyn.

“These are dark times for Labour and they are unsafe times for our country”, Eagle said.
These two could be candidates for the key job of Brexit Minister, negotiating the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union, though former leadership rival Mrs Leadsom could also be a candidate for this post.
“For example, she’s been quite a strong supporter of same sex marriage”. She has said that she will reject calls to ignore the results of the referendum. If that sounds like anyone that’s coming to your mind, then maybe you should start demanding more humility and less arrogance from your political leaders like they’re now getting in Great Britain.

The leadership contest depends on a decision by Labour’s governing National Executive Committee as to whether Corbyn needs nominations or gets an automatic place on the ballot.
