“Hillary Clinton will make an outstanding president and I am proud to stand with her here today”, Sanders said.

Sanders waged a tougher-than-expected year-long battle against Clinton, but she clinched enough delegates to secure the nomination in early June.
Hillary “will be the Democratic nominee for president and I intend to do everything I can to make certain she will be the next president of the United States”, Sanders said.
As NPR’s Tamara Keith reported Monday, Democrats gathered in Orlando, Fla., this past weekend to hash out planks of the party’s platform.
Sanders has said he will do everything possible to ensure Trump doesn’t get elected, and he has rejected the idea that his supporters would vote for Trump. None of them can be delivered without Congress and thus Ms. Clinton promised only her political support and nothing that could come back to haunt her.
The joint appearance at a high school in Portsmouth, New Hampshire was the culmination of weeks of talks between the two campaigns aimed at unifying the party in preparation for taking on Republican Donald Trump in November.
With Mook munching on a salad and Weaver eating a burger, the two hammered out how Clinton and Sanders could come together for an event like Tuesday’s rally – and how the rivals could work together going forward.
It looks like Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are putting their past differences behind them. Sanders is one of the last to climb on board a Democratic unity train brought together as much by fear of a Donald Trump presidency as by ardor for Clinton.
But converting all Sanders fans may be impossible. These are Bernie’s fights.
Sanders tirade was inspired by comments that Clinton made on Morning Joe, in which she was asked if the senator was ‘qualified and ready’. “For my group, its Bernie or bust”. She echoed her campaign slogan, telling the crowd “we are stronger together”.
“I want to vote for someone who has integrity, someone who has been consistent for 40 years”, Clark said. “You will always have a seat at the table when I am in the White House”.
Patti Covino drove from Vermont to attend Tuesday’s event and held a sign that read: “Only Bernie”. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) were really arguing over something very basic.
Sanders had a good run as many were #FeelingTheBern.
Trump criticized Clinton as “weak, ineffective and pandering”. “Sanders was not true to himself and his supporters”.
Over the course of the primary season, Sanders won 23 contests, including many battleground states such as Colorado, Wisconsin and MI. Elizabeth Warren, a liberal stalwart popular with Sanders’ followers.
He did not back down, though, from his basic disputes with Clinton, which during the campaign was focused on her insider status and ties to Wall Street. But they reportedly failed to reach common ground on the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade accord.
“That would result in free tuition for 83 per cent of American students”. He says Clinton is prepared to fight to raise the minimum wage, create jobs, expand access to health care and address climate change.
Egan said many millennials lack familiarity with Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, who enjoyed success connecting with the younger generation. Clinton was able to amass a large delegate lead thanks to super delegates, who overwhelmingly supported her over Sanders.
Following energetic speeches from activist Bill McKibben, New Hampshire governor and Senate hopeful Maggie Hassan, and Sen.
Does any of this represent a clear victory for Sanders and his supporters?
Clinton’s campaign has also worked to hire Sanders aides.

Mr Trump and Mrs Clinton both halted their campaigning for a day after Thursday’s Dallas police murders. Now that Sanders has endorsed Clinton before the Democratic National Convention, what will this mean for the almost 1,900 Sanders delegates who are supposed to put in their votes for him at the Democratic National Convention in late July? “The political revolution will keep going”, she tweeted.
